Executive Summary

The August meeting focused heavily on public safety, government accountability, neighborhood impacts from major projects, Council finances, outreach and future community programming. The most urgent discussion concerned 4343 Babcock Avenue, where residents reported a fire that morning after years of complaints about a vacant or troubled property.
