The SCNC Riverwalk Development Ad Hoc Committee is holding its first meeting!

Riverwalk at Studio City is a major mixed-use redevelopment project transforming a full city block along the Ventura Boulevard Corridor (directly adjacent to the Los Angeles River.

It replaces former iconic local businesses and retail spots—including the Pinz Bowling complex, Carney's, the former Jerry's Famous Deli, and Bed Bath & Beyond—with a modern residential and commercial hub.
