? Big Development News: The Riverwalk at Studio City

A planned redevelopment project has been proposed for the current Pinz/Carneys/Jerry's Deli site on Ventura Blvd. This project will impact our local traffic and housing density, and we need your input.

The Proposal Includes:

• 2-7 story mixed-use structures
• 814 new apartment units
• 76,000 sq. ft. of commercial space
• 1,800+ subterranean parking spaces

The City Planning Commission hearing on Riverwalk is set for June 11. Public comment must be submitted by June 8

• When: Thursday, June 4th @ 7:00 PM
• Where: Radford Studio Center, MPR-3 (4024 Radford Ave)
• Special SCNC Board Meeting: The board will review and vote on the pending Riverwalk Land Use Motion.
